다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The assessment of KFL students’ writing ability in education institutes must be planned and carried out to maximize their ability. So, the assessment of writing in Korean should be focused in performance assessment reflected the special qualities of writing. It also has to be administered on continuous basis. Goal of this thesis is to study the development of KFL students’ writing ability by real ‘portfolio assessment’. This study has successfully proved that the ‘portfolio assessment’ is quite helpful in increasing students’ 1earning ability through continuous conversation between teacher and students. The ‘portfolio assessment’ also contributes to evaluate students’ ability individually in various types. This portfolio can propose the research basis of the practical teaching methods in the KFL classes as well as in assessment.
