In case of A airline, flight experience and period of the crew were relatively little and short because 43% of the sampling crew had less than 2 years of flight and 62.1% less than 4 years. While, in case of K airline, 40% of the whole crew had flight experience of from 7 to 10 years and another 40% had more than 10 years of fight experience. Given the fact, the crew of K airline seen to have relatively little chance to feel stress as conflict from human and many of them appear to have already overcome the problems resulted human relations.
