유치원 교사교육 프로그램을 위한 기초 연구 = The Study of the Development of an In-Service Program for the teacher in Kindergarten

AbstractProblems and difficulties that teachers encounter in their classrooms are different from
those of experienced teachers. Thus, in-service programs that are mostly designed for
experienced teachers are not appropriate for teachers' needs.
The purpose of this study was to provide the basis for the development of in-service
programs for the kindergarten teachers in Korea. In order to achieve this aim, theoretical
frameworks and implementation process of a in-service program(clinical supervision)
model in Anyang office of Education of Kyunggi-do were provided.
