사회사업 교육에 있어서의 인간관계 이론에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Theory of Human Relationships in the Social Work Education

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study attempts to reflect on the theory of the human relationships in the following methods :
Chapter one represents the issues raised, the objective and research method of the study.
In chapter two, review of relative literature and study which played an essential role in this study are described.
These contents describe four subjects as follows :
1. The Importance and The Necessity of Human Relationships
2. The Development Process of Humun Relationships
3. Johari's Self-Awareness Model
4. Communication and Human Relationships
In chapter three, the researcher recommands a synthetic conclusion of the following three related to the theory of human relationships.
First, clinical social workers or practitioners who consult on problems of clients, they should be trained on the theory of human relationships.
Second, professors and practitioners who teach the theory of human relationships should be accumulated on the professional knowledge and training.
Third, the researcher suggests the activation of the study for developing the theoritical knowledge and the training of the human relationships. This, therefore, should be kept on going, centering around "Korean Academy of Psychiatric Social Work."
