다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)
The purpose of this study is to find variables which effect on career maturity, and establish theoretical model (path-model) between career maturity and its related variables.
To achieve this purpose,
1) general theories of career were reviewed.
2) the concepts of career maturity and its related variables were examined.
3) path-model of career maturity and its related variables was established.
4) the related variables to career maturity were defined as follows:
ⅰ) structural variables ; individual variables, family variables, and department variables, and extra-curriculum variables.
ⅱ) mediational variables ; life events, motivational variables, and effects variables.
ⅲ) achievement behavior ; career maturity.
To achieve this purpose,

2) the concepts of career maturity and its related variables were examined.
3) path-model of career maturity and its related variables was established.
4) the related variables to career maturity were defined as follows:
