      This paper describes how to train hijghly qualified teacher with professionalism through teacher training.
      It can be achieved with the traing to the following objectives.

      1. To have highly systematic and deep prefessional knowledge.
      2. To have the continuing professional education.
      3. To have the intellectual character.
      4. To serve for the community and take the responsibility based on the service to public.
      5. To have a self-reliant character with sincerity, ability and standard.
      6. To observe the principles of teaching ethics.

      For achieving those objectives and successful teacher traning, it is recommended to change the course of study for teaching profession through crriculum reform as follows:
