과학 교사의 자질에 관한 문헌 연구 = A Review of the Literature about Competency of Science Teacher

국문 초록 (Abstract)

자질있는 과학 교사란 무엇을 의미하는가 여기에 관련하여 본 연구는 실증적이고 경험적인 데이터에 의한 문제 해결보다는 문헌 연구를 통한 접근으로 과학 교사가 갖추어야 할 자질을 알아 보았다. 논의의 시작을 과학 교사의 자질이란 무엇인가로 하였다. 이를 해결하기 위해서 일반 교사의 자질과 물리 교사의 자질을 통하여 과학 교사의 자질을 추론하였다. 둘째로 과학 교사의 자질 중에서 가장 핵심적인 요소인 과학 교과 교육학 지식의 본질에 대해서 고찰해 보았다. 마지막으로 과학 교사의 질을 결정하는데 가장 중요한 영향을 미치는 과학 교사 교육가의 자질에 대해 언급하였으며 결론에서는 과학 교사의 자질과 관련하여 종합 평가를 하였다.

What does mean competent science teacher? About this problem. instead of analyzing empirical data, former research literatures are reviewed in order to answer this question. It begins with a discussion about the competency of science teacher. In this part competencies of general teachers and physics teachers are reviewed to inference the science teachers competencies. next the nature of science pedagogical content knowledge as a essential factor in considered. Finally the competencies of science teacher educator which influences critical effect about quality of science teacher are presented. In the conclusion, some syntheses are offered regarding desirable competency of science teacher.
