敎員의 士氣測定 및 그 尺度作成 = A Survey on the Inservice Teachers' Morale and the Construction of Its Morale Scale

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

If teaching is a profession, its productivity and success depend upon teachers' morale. This point of view prompted me to grasp the present degree of teachers' morale, especially the primary school teachers' and to construct a morale scale. The hypothesis is that the morale of teachers will be low because of the following reasons:
1. comparatively lower pay and economic conditions.
2. teching profession is slow in advancement.
3. excessive work load.
4. teaching profession is not attracted by society.
5. misunderstanding by society of teaching job.
6. the right and duty of teachers cannot be justly secured.
The hypothesis turned out to be true and I madea morale scaleof Licherf's type.
