      This case study was to examine effects of group art therapy program on school maladaptive behaviors of high school students.
      The research questions set up for the study are as follow;
      First, will the group art therapy program improve the self-esteem?
      Second, will the group art therapy program decrease the maladaptive behaviors?
      The subjects were 39 female high school students. To perform this study, the group art therapy program was carlied out once a week for 11 session s. Each session lasted 80 minutes. The results of this study are as follows;
      First, the level of the self-esteem was improvεd through the group art therapy.
      Second, maladaptive behaviors of fema1e high school students were decreased through the group art therapy.
      Consequently, the group art therapy program was effective in school maladaptive behaviors of high school students.
