사회 변화와 학습자 특성을 고려한 농업계 고등학교 교수-학습 전략 탐색 = Teaching and Learning Strategies of Agricultural High School Responding to the Social Changes and the Student Traits

The purpose of this study was to explore the strategies for the improvement of teaching and learning responding to the social changes and the student traits in agricultural high schools. For the purpose, this study reviewed the related literatures on knowledge-based society, constructivism, domestic vocational education policy, and teaching and learning of agricultural high school.As the result, this study suggested three basic principles including the individualized teaching and learning, work-based teaching and learning, and key competency-based teaching and learning. Also, this study envisioned three specific teaching and learning strategies based on student traits as a learner: ① basic learning skill(reading, writing, calculating, etc) improving teaching and learning strategy which utilize individualized instruction and students' level based instruction; ② low achievement improving teaching and learning strategy which keep to the strict principle of direct instruction; and ③ low learning motive, poor attribution style and negative learning attitude improving strategy.Additionally, this research made some recommendable steps to activate the teaching and learning in the agricultural high schools.
