      Educators, especially teachers, agreed that instruction should be developed in accordance with the individual differences of learners. Learner's potentiality can not be realized effectively by a single approach or a uniform method.
      Since 1960s, a number of studies about the individual differences of learners' learning styles had an effect on learning behavior and academic achievements, and in 1970s some researchers began to develope instruments to measure these learner's preference.
      To facilitate the personalization of human education, we educators should be able to understand and diagnose the approaches to modernize and reform education or instruction.

      Since 1960s, a number of studies about the individual differences of learners' learning styles had an effect on learning behavior and academic achievements, and in 1970s some researchers began to develope instruments to measure these learner's preference.
