1. Purpose
The purpose of this study is to establish and acknowledge a change on human relationship between them in the light of the importance of qualities and roles of Day Care Center's teachers on account of their effect more than their parents on their whole development in rapid growing of supply for taking care of children in modern society.
2. Scope, Content and Method
1) the scope of this study is to try to analyse human relationship between Day Care Center's teachers and infants and their parents.
2) the content of this study as follow:
1. what does human relationship in education mean?
2. what is a characteristic of human relationship between Bay Core Center's teachers and their parents? and what is they required to be a ideal teacher?
3. the method of this study was based upon the book reference research.
3. Conclusion
Children house's teachers need to have many specialized experiences and qualities, and it is important to have the attitude of understanding their characteristics in every sphere of children in the face of human development. Because a basis of personality is harden in the infant period. Their effects of teachers and parents on infants are closely related each other. The establishment of human relationship is developed, along with infant model study for its teachers in human resources.
So, the human relationship of Day Care Center's teachers and infant's parents is closely related each other, the development of human relationship between infants and their teachers is having an entire effect of the whole field of education.
