한국 폐기물법과 정책의 추진방향에 관한 연구 = Waste Law and Policy for the 21th Century in Korea

In Korea, some Waste Law and Policy has propelled, but the result is not cesirable. To solve such problem, this paper in ends to study some new laws and policies of industrialized countries for the New Century. In the carlier times the principle of waste law was followings: The production of waste should be avoided, waste should be used, it must deposited. In the recent years, however, these principles of waste laws and policies should be supplemented by such as recycling. For the 21th century, this paper suggests some new Laws and Policies such as Recycling of Circulate(Kreislauf) Type Society(Germany and Japanese), Extened Product Responsibility(EPR) or Shared Producer Responsibility(SPR): International Management of Hazardous Waste, Improve Waste Technology and Cooperation between Government and Local Government etc. In conclusion, Korean Waste Law and Policy must examine positively to introduce such new trend of Laws and Policies or the New Century.
