The teacher`s efficacy consisted of the general teaching efficacy and the personal efficacy. In this study, I developed the model of teacher`s efficacy judgemental process based on the facts acquired through prior researches on processes how teacher judged him/herself on instructional capabilities. The related variables were teacher`s type of student control, instructional goal-setting, teacher`s expectation, instructional content, teaching strategy, student`s self-efficacy, the number of year in teaching job, organizational characteristics which includes the organizational health, school level, school cultrues, and human relationship among teachers. The clues for efficacy judgement were studens`s production behaviors which include academic achievements and affections, and the others like persuaders, physiological symptoms, model similarities. Finally, it was suggested the recommendations for enhancing the teacher`s efficacy.
