This study focused on a model for the development of a young children program to promote creativity in the education program, which is the most important issue in the 21 century. The young children creativity improvment program aims to expand diffusive ideas and the ability solve problems creatively. It is based on Brain lateralization and Guilfords theory of diffusion thinking and Gardners theory of multi-intelligence. Materials developed in the course of this research are classified in a package of young children activities, teacher`s guideline, and a CD-ROM consisting of 288 activities, divided by 4 sectors based on different fields of the creativity. The test effects of the whole program were conducted using Torrances test materials. 48 children participated in this 20 week study. Statistical analyses shows that the program was statistically significant in improving young children`s creativity. Major findings were as follows: 1) There was a statically significant difference in fluency, originality, elaboration, abstractness of title. (2) There was no significant difference in resistance to closure on the incomplete figures or the ability to keep on.
