Part Ⅱ : understanding assertive behaviors and analysis of nonassertive behaviors.
Part Ⅲ : thinking assertively: avoiding irrational thoughts, deciding when to be or not to be assertive.

Part Ⅴ : modeling of assertive behaviors.
