The competition in international trade areas is becoming more serious because of the WTO and e-businesses, and the concept of traditional market is being changed to the new concept. This change makes the dispute settlement behavior move from litigation to ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution). The objectives of this study are to reveal the determinants of arbitration loyalty for the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board(KCAB). Major findings are as follows: First, KCAB image and customer satisfaction has a positive influence on arbitration loyalty; second, among various antecedents of these two mediating variables, only the convenience has a positive influence on both KCAB image and customer satisfaction. In conclusion, Justice has a positive influence on KCAB image, and Know-how and Kindness have a positive influence on the customer satisfaction.
