고등학생의 주거가치관과 생활양식에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Housing Values and Life Style of High School Students

The purpose of this study was to clarify the tendency of differences in housing values and life style of high school students in Chonbuk province. Data were collected through questionnaires from 1015 high school students living in Chonbuk province, and were analyzed by SPSS program using percentage, mean and standard deviation. Data were verified by t-test, One-way Anova, Sche`ffe`s multiple range test, Pearson`s correlation coefficient as well. The findings of this study were as follows; There were more significant differences in housing values and life style by demographic variables than housing characteristic variables. And correlation between housing values and life style differed significantly. Most of students showed higher value in location of housing, while as life style showed higher value in type of life style along with PC. On the basis of this result,. it can be suggested that it is necessary to have the right understanding about housing values and life style of high school students for correct guidance of housing education.
