공격적인 아동을 위한 인지행동접근의 교육적 활용

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 논문에서는 아동기의 공격성이 청소년기와 성인기까지의 다른 문제행동 및 정신건강과 관련이 있다는 선행연구에 따라 공격적 아동에 대한 학교현장에서의 개입방안을 고찰하였다. 공격적인 아동에 대한 다양한 치료적 개입 중에 인지행동 접근은 인지적 중재를 통해 아동의 사고, 감정, 행동에 있어서 변화를 가져올 수 있으며, 아동의 내외적 환경을 고려하는 통합적 관점을 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인지행동접근의 주요 학자인 Ellis, Beck, Meichenbaum의 이론적 개념과 인지행동접근의 대표적인 기법인 주장훈련기법, 자기교시법, 문제해결기술훈련, 분노대처훈련 을 살펴보았다. 또한 아동의 인지, 정서, 사회성 발달의 주요한 장인 학교 현장에서 공격적인 아동에게 개입하기 위한 구체적인 방안으로서 교사의 역할, 집단상담을 통한 접근, 정서교육, 다체계적인 접근을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Childhood aggressiveness impacts on behavior problems and mental health of adolescent and adult period. In this context, this study focused on intervention with aggressive children in the school setting.
One of therapeutic interventions with aggressive children, Cognitive-behavioral approach aims to change the cognition, emotion and behavior through cognitive intervention, and takes integrative perspectives that considers the internal-external environment of children.
This study examined the theoretical concepts of Ellis, Beck and Meichenbaum and assertiveness training, self instruction, problem solving skill training, anger control training that principal techniques of cognitive-behavioral approaches.
And this study proposed various repertoires of interventions with aggressive children in the school setting, such as active role of teachers, group counselling, emotional education, multi-systemic approaches.
