국문 초록 (Abstract)

문단 전개법을 중심으로A Study on the Method of Vocabulary Improvement in ExpressionWith reference to Paragraph Development Method어휘 결핍은 이해할 때보다 표현할 때에 더 심각하기 때문에 어휘 신장 교육도 이해영역에서보다는 표현 영역에서 강화해야 할 필요가 있다. 이해 어휘와 표현 어휘는 언어사용이나 사고 과정, 교육 방법 등에서 차이를 보이고 있어서 표현 어휘를 신장하는 방안은 기존의 어휘 교육 방법과는 다른 관점에서 접근해야 한다. 이 연구는 어휘 교육을 이론적인 면이 아니라 수업 현장에 적용할 수 있는 실용적인 측면에서 접근한다.
이 연구에서는 어휘 양과 질의 동시 신장, 표현 어휘의 강화, 구체적이고 다양한 교육방법의 제시를 목표로 하고, 문단 전개법을 도입하여 표현 어휘를 신장한다. 문단 전개법은 표현 단위를 문단으로 설정한 다음, 주제와 관련된 어휘를 다양하게 찾아서, 이 어휘들을 '통일성, 연결성, 강조성'과 같은 문단 전개 원리에 따라 다양한 문장으로 표현함으로써 어휘를 신장하는 방법이다. 이 방법으로 표현 어휘를 지도하면 문장을 다양하게 표현할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이들 어휘와 호응하는 다른 어휘들도 다양하게 구사할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
구체적인 표현 어휘 신장 방안은 '어휘 다양화를 이용한 것'과 '문장 다양화를 이용한 것'으로 나뉜다. 어휘 신장 방안은 다시 '어휘 찾기 이용하기, 의미 관계 이용하기, 어휘선택 이용하기'로, 문장 다양화를 이용한 어휘 신장 방안은 '문장 연결 이용하기, 문장구조 변화 이용하기'로 세분화한다. 각 세부 방법들은 '원리. 적용, 결과 논의'의 순서로 기술하고, 맺음말에서 이 연구의 효과, 활용 방안, 적용시의 주의점을 논의한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to suggest an efficient method for the improvement of vocabulary expression. Concrete instructional contents for the application of the principle of paragraph development were developed here. And its method of application to elementary school and university were also described.
The aim of this study is two. One is the improvement of both quantity and quality in vocabulary expression. The other is the enhancement of the vocabulary expression and the presentation of concrete and various plan. The paragraph development method is imported to the principle of vocabulary expression In order to achieve these aims, the units of writing are set up by paragraph at first. In addition to this, various vocabularies of relevant theme are turned into various sentences for the expansion of vocabulary expression of vocabulary expression by applying the principle of paragraph development such as coherence, cohesion and emphasis.
The concrete project for the improvement of vocabulary expression is divided into the use of vocabulary variation and the use of sentence variation. The use of vocabulary variation is subdivided into the use of vocabulary finding, semantic relating and vocabulary selecting. The use of sentence variation is subdivided into the use of sentence connection and the comprehension of sentence structure changing Each of detailed methods is described as following order : principle, application, effect, discussion and attention to the application for the practical use of this study.
