The purpose of this study was to survey the needs of the prospective child care teachers on child care practice.
The subjects of this study were 222 prospective child care teachers in child care teachers training program. The questionnaire was development based on the review of literature. The data were analyzed mainly by frequency, percentile, t-test.
The results of this study suggested that prospective child care teachers showed higher mean scores in the degree of need than present situation.
The most of them needed improvement in child care practice.
