취업한 장애인의 사례분석을 통한 특수학교 전환 교육과정 운영 방안 = A Study on Developing Special School Transition Curriculum Implementation Through Analyzing The Case of Employed Persons with Disabilities

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 취업한 장애인들의 취업과정에 특수학교 교육과정이 미친 영향을 전환의 준비, 과정, 결과의 틀에 맞추어 분석하였다. 이 전환 시기별 시사점을 바탕으로 특수학교 전환 교육과정 운영방안을 제시하였다.
전환 준비단계에서는 소질계발, 진단 및 평가, 특성과 적성에 따른 개별전환, 환경경험, 직종의 다양화, 인성교육을 제시하였다. 전환과정단계에서는 교사 개인 노력보다는 제도 보완과 기관간 협력의 활성화와 직장적응훈련을 강조하였다. 전환의 결과 단계에서는 특수학교의 전환 교육과정의 목표가 장애인의 삶의 질 개선과 현재의 전환 결과에 대한 만족감과 자부심을 갖는데 맞추어져야 함을 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study focused on analyzing a factor which special school curriculum effects employed persons with disabilities through the theoretical frame, preparation of transition, process of transition, outcome of transition. According to the meaning about factors of this frame, this study suggested how to develope special school transition curriculum for implementation.
In the stage of preparation of transition, this study suggested developing the latent, assessment and evaluation, individualized transition education according to once nature and aptitude, training in job site, making opportunity to various jobs and education of personality. In the stage of process of transition, presented the revision of the system, activity of collaboration between interagencies and training of adaptation to the job rather than efforts of teacher alone. In the stage of outcome of transition, stressed that the goal of special school transition curriculum is to improve a life quality of persons with disabilities and for them to have satisfaction and pride about their current outcome of transition.
