발달이론에 나타난 청소년의 발달단계와 진로발달과업 = Career Developmental Stage and Developmental Task based on Developmental Theory

The purpose of this study was to summarize the career developmantal stage and career developmental tasks in relation to developmental theory, taking into account its possible use in career guidance. The approaching methods, developmental tasks and career stages in developmental theories and career developmental theories were reviewed for summarized and synthesized into career developmental tasks in each career developmental stages.
The central point of this study was that people's career expectations and behavioral tasks as they go through different stage of their careers. Because career stage and career developmental tasks influence the person's career decision making, conceptional frame of references in relation with personal identity-self, educational, vocational, and career should be studied. The empirical research can be followed this review for conceptional frame of career maturity.
