문화격차와 문화산업의 육성 = Culture Devide and Culture Industry

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 우리나라에서의 수도권과 비수도권에 있어서 문화격차가 있는지 여부를 문화인프라, 문화소프트웨어, 문화예산을 중심으로 검토하였다. 분석결과 인구 10만명당의 문화인프라, 문화소프트웨어, 문화예산은 오히려 몇몇 부문을 제외하고는 수도권이 약간 열악한 것으로 나타났으며, 면적 100㎢당 문화인프라는 비수도권이 명백히 열악하다. 그런데 문화격차의 해소는 지식 정보화 사회의 도래와 이에 따른 인터넷의 보급 등으로 문화의 소비가 개인화 되어가고 있음에 비추어 앞으로는 전통적 의미에 있어서의 문화인프라의 확충도 중요하지 않은 것은 아니지만 영화, 방송, 음악, 게임, 애니메이션, 캐릭터 등 문화산업의 육성이 더 중요할 것으로 판단되고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper examined if there is a culture devide between metropolitan area and non-metropolitan area through culture infrastructure, culture software and culture budget. The results of analysis showed culture devide per 100 thousands persons of metropolitan area in culture infrastructure, culture software and culture budget is inferior to that of non-metropolitan area except some items. But culture devide per 100㎢ in culture infra structure of metropolitan area is superior to that of non-metropolitan area about 2∼4 times in each of item. Now is the times of knowledge information based society. and as it grows more and more to supply internet and culture consumptions are personalizing, so it is more important to watering culture industry such as films, broadcastings, musics, games, animations and characters, although watering traditional culture is also important as well.
