학습자의 학습력 제고를 위한 수업모형 = An Instructional Model for Enhancing the Learning Capacity of Learners

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The change in the learning environments today demands the learner-centered lessons, and thus the learning capacity of learners is becoming more important. The increase in the learning capacity is essential for enhancing the effectiveness in learner-centered lessons. Such lessons should be contrived to increase individual learner's value recognition, curiosity in knowledge, self-efficiency, comprehension of knowledge, thinking capacity, and familiarity with media. So the lesson will be divided into three steps : creating the intention of learning, learning practice, and self-evaluation ; each step has two subdivisions : content confirmation, creating the intention of learing, plan establishment, lesson practice, result confirmation, and self-reinforcement.
Such a change in lessons makes teachers more important and requires them of greater ability and more time. But there is a danger to decrease the effectiveness of lessons. However, the able and enthusiastic teachers will be able to enhance the learning capacity of learners and further all the advantages of learner-centered lessons will be revealed. In other words, learner' motivation for learning, active participation in lessons, lessons appropriate for the learners' cognitive structure, reduction in anxiety on learning, increase in the self-reaulation capacity will be shown.
