      This paper is to study the concepts of multiculture and multicultural education and also review the contents and methods of multicultural education.
      So, the study method is to review the research and literature that describe the racial awareness, attitudes, and self-identification and multicultural curriculum and approaches.
      Living in a global society, we must prepare and practice the multicultural curriculum for our children. Because they will live in society more interact with other nations and culture.
      Multicultural education is a process to help all children develop positive cross-cultural attitude, perceptions and behaviors. The educators can help young children to develop more positive racial attitudes and behaviors by implementing well-planned and well-conceptualized curriculum interventions.
      Most early childhood educators agree that it is important to help young children develop more in-group identity and preferences. Young children have accurate knowledge about racial differences and by the age of 4 most children have developed strong in-group preference and negative attitudes toward other racial groups. So new paradigm needs to develop that assumes that multicultural understanding and attitudes are both healthy and needed within a grobal society.
      Because a monocultural view of society that is totally inconsistant with present and future life in this world, we must create a education that increase the understandings and attitudes of other nations and cultures.
