초심 상담자 역량 강화를 위한 AI 상담 훈련 프로그램 개발 및 효과 검증 = Development and Evaluation of an AI-Based Counseling Training Program

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 AI 활용 상담 훈련 프로그램을 개발하고, 상담 전공 학부생의 상담자 발달 수준과 자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 검증하였다. A대학교 상담 전공생 42명(실험집단 21명, 통제집단 21명)을 대상으로 하였으며, 실험집단은 한 달간 주 2회 이상 AI 활용 상담 훈련 프로그램(EBPchat)에 참여하였다. 프로그램은 Hill의 언어 반응 유목 체계를 바탕으로 구성되었으며, 전문가 내용타당도 검증을 거쳤다. 양적 자료 분석을 위해 SPSS 25.0으로 기술통계, Mann-Whitney U 검정, Wilcoxon 부호 순위 검정을 실시하였고, 소감문에 대한 질적 분석을 병행하였다. 분석 결과, 집단 간 사전-사후 변화량 차이는 유의하지 않았으나 실험집단의 상담자 자기효능감은 유의하게 향상되었다. 또한 소감문 분석을 통해 구조화된 실습과 성찰의 유용성이 확인되었으며, 개인화 학습 지원 등 시스템 보완 필요성이 도출되었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 초심 상담자를 위한 AI 상담 훈련의 교육적 활용 가능성과 한계점, 후속 연구 제안점을 논의하였다.

This study developed an AI-based counseling training program (EBPchat) and examined its effects on 42 undergraduate counseling students (21 experimental, 21 control). The program, based on Hill’s verbal response category system, was implemented for one month. Quantitative analysis (Mann–Whitney U and Wilcoxon signed-rank tests via SPSS 25.0) and qualitative reflection analysis were conducted. The findings revealed that while between-group differences in pre–post changes were not statistically significant, the experimental group’s counseling self-efficacy improved significantly. Qualitative insights confirmed the utility of structured practice and highlighted the need for personalized system enhancements. Based on these results, the educational implications and limitations for novice counselor training were discussed.
