운동장 표면 유형은 선수와 직접적인 상호작용으로 인해 선수들의 신체능력 및 축구 경기력에 영향을 미치며, 운동장 표면 유형에 따라 신체능력이나 축구 경기력이 달라질 수 있다. 따라서 본 체계적 검토의 목적은 천연잔디, 인조잔디, 마사토가 신체능력과 축구 경기력에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것이다. 세 개의 전자 데이터베이스(Pubmed, Scopus, EBASCO)를 통해 논문을검색하였다. 초기 검색으로 1480개의 논문이 검색되었고 최종 검토된 논문은 16개였다. 연구의 질을 검토하기 위해 수정된Downs and Black 체크리스트를 수행하였고 평균 점수는 13점 만점에 10.81점이었다. 연구결과 신체능력 중 민첩성은 천연잔디가 인조잔디보다 높은 것으로 나타났으며 축구 경기력 중 패스 능력은 인조잔디에서 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 대부분 연구가 인조잔디와 천연잔디만을 비교하였고 마사토와의 비교는 부족한 실정이었으며 측정 방법의 차이는 결과에 영향을미칠 수 있다. 향후 연구에서는 GPS 디바이스와 Wearable 디바이스를 통한 생리학적인 변인을 측정해야 할 것으로 보인다.

The type of playing surface can affect athletes' physical and soccer performances. This systematic review examines the effects of natural grass, artificial turf, and dirt field on these aspects. Searches on PubMed, Scopus, and EBSCO yielded 1, 480 articles, with 16 studies meeting the review criteria. Study quality was assessed using the modified Downs and Black checklist, averaging 10.81 out of 13 points. Results showed that agility was higher on natural grass compared to artificial turf, while passing performance was better on artificial turf. Most studies only compared artificial turf and natural grass, lacking comparisons with dirt field. Measurement method variations could influence results. Future research should use GPS and wearable devices to measure physiological variables.
