진표 사상의 지형도와 두 가지 계열의 계승－ 점찰경 의 내용을 중심으로 = Topographic Map of Jinpyo’s Thought and its Two Lines of Succession－Focusing on the Contents of Zhancha Jing

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 글에서는 진표의 사상이 󰡔점찰경󰡕의 내용에 근거한 것이고, 그리고 이 󰡔점찰경󰡕의 내용에다 미륵사상과 밀교적 요소를 추가한 것이라는 것을 밝히고자 한다. 2장에서는 󰡔점찰경󰡕의 내용을 3가지로 분석한다. 첫째, 유식사상의 측면이다. 󰡔점찰경󰡕에서는 모든 존재가 마음이라고 말하고 있으며, 自性淸淨心을 제시하고 如來藏을 말하기도 한다. 그리고 수행법으로 唯心識觀과 眞如實觀을 말하는데, 능력이 부족한 사람은 ‘유심식관’을 닦아야 하고, 능력이 뛰어난 사람은 ‘진여실관’을 닦을 수 있다. 둘째, 보살계 사상이다. 󰡔점찰경󰡕에서는 10가지 근본계율과 三聚淨戒를 말한다. 셋째, 目輪相法을 통해 길흉을 점치는 것이다. 이 목륜상법은 3단계로 이루어진다. 3장에서는 진표의 사상이 앞에 소개한 󰡔점찰경󰡕의 3가지 내용에 근거한 것이면서도 사상적으로 분화된 것이 있고, 추가된 내용이 있다는 것을 밝힌다. 󰡔삼국유사󰡕의 ｢진표전간｣에서는 제8간자와 제9간자를 계율의 의미로 파악하고, ｢관동풍악발연수석기｣에서는 제8간자와 제9간자를 시각과 본각, 新熏種子와 法爾種子, 곧 유식사상의 맥락으로 이해한다. 이는 진표의 사상 가운데 사상적 분화가 있었다는 것, 곧 유식사상을 강조할 것인지 계율의 의미를 강조할 것인지 하는 차이점이 발생했다는 것이다. 그리고 진표의 사상은 󰡔점찰경󰡕의 내용에 근거한 것이므로, 이는 법상종의 계열이라고 할 수 있고, 이는 미륵신앙과 연결되는 것이다. 진표의 사상에는 밀교적 요소도 발견되는데, 이는 목륜상법에다 의례적 권위를 더하기 위한 것이라고 추정된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this article, I would like to reveal that Jinpyo's ideas are based on the contents of Zhancha jing, and that Maitreya ideology and esoteric elements were added to the contents of Zhancha jing. In Chapter 2, the contents of Zhancha jing are analyzed in three ways. First, it is an aspect of consciousness-only thought. In the Zhancha jing, it is said that all beings are minds, and it also suggests innately pure mind and tathāgatagarbha. And as a practice method, it refers to the contemplation of mind and consciousness-only and the contemplation of true thusness and reality. Those who lack ability must cultivate the contemplation of mind and consciousness-only, and those with great ability can cultivate the contemplation of true thusness and reality. Second, it is bodhisattva precepts ideology. Zhancha jing refers to the 10 fundamental precepts and three sets of pure precepts. Third, it is to predict good or bad fortune through wood wheel marks dharma. This consists of three stages. In Chapter 3, it is revealed that Jinpyo's thoughts are based on the three contents of Zhancha jing introduced earlier, but Jinpyo's thoughts are ideologically differentiated and have additional contents. In Jinpyo Jeon-gan of Samguk Yusa, the 8th ganja and 9th ganja are understood as the meaning of precepts, and in Gwandong Pungakbalyeonsuseokgi the 8th ganja and 9th ganja are understood initial enlightenment, original enlightenment, and newly perfumed seeds and seeds according to natural law, that is, are understood in the context of consciousness- only thought. This means that there was ideological differentiation among Jinpyo's thoughts, that is, there was a difference in whether to emphasize consciousness-only thought or the meaning of precepts. And since Jinpyo's ideology is based on the contents of Zhancha jing, it can be said to be a lineage of Dharma-character school, and is connected to Maitreya belief. Esoteric elements are also found in Jinpyo's thoughts, which are presumed to be intended to add ritual authority to wood wheel marks dharma.
