다영역 초연결의 전쟁수행방법으로 예측한 우크라이나-러시아 전쟁의 결과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 최신 전쟁기획 및 수행방법인 ‘다영역 초연결의 전쟁수행방법’으로 현재 진행 중인 우크라이나-러시아 전쟁의 결과를 러시아 입장에서 분석해 본 것이다. 다영역 초연결의 전쟁수행방법은 전쟁에 승리하기 위해 5가지 전쟁기획 핵심요소를 제시하고 있다. 그것은 전영역과 분야의 통합, 핵심취약점의 식별과 목표선정, 다영역 종심기동, 적의 작전적·전략적 중심의 동시다발적인 공격, 적의 국민-국가(정부)-군대의 분열이다. 결과적으로 이 5가지 중 한 가지라도 미흡하면 원하는 정치적 목적을 달성하기 어렵다.
러시아는 전쟁 초기 우크라이나의 탈나치화와 NATO의 세력확장 저지, 재정러시아 또는 구 소련시절의 영향력 회복을 전쟁목적과 최종상태로 제시하였다. 그러나 5가지 전쟁기획 핵심요소로 분석한 러시아의 현재 상황은 러시아가 정치적 목적 달성이 어려울 것임을 나타내고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyses the outcome of the ongoing Ukraine-Russia war from the Russian perspective using the latest war planning and conduct methodology, the Hyper Connected Warfare Converging Multi-Domain. This methodology provides five key elements of war planning to win a war. They are : integration of all domains and disciplines, identification and targeting of key vulnerabilities, multi-domain end-to-end manoeuvres, simultaneous attacks on the enemy’s operational and strategic centres, and fragmentation of the enemy’s people, state (government), and armed forces. Consequently, a deficiency in any one of these five elements is unlikely to achieve the desired political objectives.
At the beginning of the war, Russia presented the de-Nazification of Ukraine, stopping the expansion of NATO’s power, and restoring Russia or its Soviet-era influence as its war objectives and end state. However, Russia’s current situation, as analysed by the five key elements of war planning, indicates that it will be difficult for Russia to achieve its political objectives.
