청송심씨 묘 출토 금장복식 보존처리에 관한 연구-부금원삼 및 직금치마 중심으로- = A Study on the Preservation Treatment of Gold-Leafed Clothing Artefacts Excavated from a Tomb of the Cheongsong Shim Clan - Focusing on Bugeum Wonsam and Jikgeum Chima (Skirt) -

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 충북대학교박물관에서 소장하고 있는 청송심씨 묘 출토 복식 중 금장 복식유물 2점(부금원삼, 직금치마)을 중심으로 비파괴 재질 분석 및 보존처리에 관한 사항이다.
2003년 4월 출토된 유물은 수장고에 보관되어왔으며, 구김, 오염, 경화 건조된 상태로 확인되었다. 유물 보존처리는 재질 분석과 보수과정을 거쳐 진행하였다. 재질 분석은 주자전자현미경(SEM), FT-IR, 정색반응, XRF 분석기로 분석한 결과, 재질은 견 섬유로 확인되었으며, 금박층의금박은 XRF 분석결과 금(Au)으로 확인되었다. 보존처리는 유물 상태조사 및 강화처리 강화제예비 실험을 통한 후 보존처리를 실시하였다. 강화처리는 습식 클리닝시 금박층의 박락 방지를위해 우교(caw glue) 10% 강화제를 도포하여 금박층을 보호하였으며, 보수 후에는 2% 우교수용액을 이용하여 재강화 처리를 실시하였다. 습식 클리닝은 측백나무 추출물 혼합 천연 클리닝 액 농도 1.0%를 사용하였다. 클리닝 후 보강, 보수하여 유물의 원형을 회복하고, 포장 보관까지의 보존처리를 완료하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to perform a non-destructive material analysis andconservation treatments on two gold-leafed clothing artefacts (Bugeum Wonsam and Jikgeum Chima(Skirt)) excavated from a tomb of the Cheongsong Shim Clan held by the Chungbuk NationalUniversity Museum. The artefacts, which were excavated in April 2003, had been stored in storageand were found to be wrinkled, contaminated, hardened and dried. The preservation treatment of theartefacts was performed by means of material analysis and repair. The analysis of the material usingscanning electron microscopy SEM, FT-IR, colorimetric and XRF analyses showed that the materialis silk fiber, and the analysis of the gold leaf layer using XRF showed that the gold leaf is gold(Au). The preservation treatment was performed by investigating the condition of the artefacts andconducting preliminary experiments on the reinforcing agents. For the reinforcement treatment, a 10%reinforcing agent of cow glue was applied to protect the gold leaf layer to prevent flaking of thegold leaf layer during wet cleaning, and a 2% reinforcing agent was applied after repair. For wetcleaning, a natural cleaning liquid mixed with cypress extract was used at a concentration of 1.0%.
For wet cleaning, a natural cleaning solution mixed with Oriental arborvitae extract was used at aconcentration of 1.0%. After cleaning, the artefacts were reinforced and repaired to restore their originalshapes, completing the preservation treatment including packaging and storage.
