교대근무 간호사의 수면장애 경험에 대한 현상학적 연구 = A Phenomenological Study on the Experience of Sleep Disorders in a Shift Work Nurses

국문 초록 (Abstract)

교대근무 간호사의 수면장애 경험에 대한 현상학적 연구김 지 현**

연구 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 교대근무 간호사의 수면장애 경험을 확인하고 그 의미와 본질을 파악하는 것이다. 이를 통해 간호사의 수면 적응을 도와줄 수 있는 효과적인 중재 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.
연구 방법: 서울특별시, 부산광역시에서 교대근무를 하는 간호사 8명을 인터뷰를 통해 2022년 8월부터 12월까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 Colaizzi의 현상학적 연구방법을 활용하여 분석하였다.
연구 내용: 연구결과 총 126개의 의미 있는 진술, 9개의 주제모음이 나타났다. 최종적으로 ‘교대근무의 부담감’, ‘흔들리는 일상생활 리듬’, ‘주변 사람들과의 관계 변화’, ‘힘듦 속에서 발견한 돌파구’의 4개의 범주가 도출되었다.
결론 및 제언: 이 연구를 통해 교대근무 간호사들의 수면장애 경험을 깊이 있게 분석하여 현 상황을 파악하였다. 향후 교대근무 간호사의 수면장애를 해결할 수 있는 다양한 정책 및 방안을 제시하였다.

A Phenomenological Study on the Experience of Sleep Disordersin a Shift Work NursesJihyun Kim

Abstract: The purpose of the study was analyzed the experience of sleep disorders of shift work nurses and identified their meaning and substance. Through this, we intend to provide basic data for effective intervention that can help nurses adapt to sleep. Data were collected from August to December 2022 through interviews with 8 nurses working shifts in Seoul and Busan. The collected data were analyzed using Colaizzi’s phenomenological research method. As a result of the study, a total of 126 meaningful statements and 9 Theme clusters appeared. Finally, ‘4 essential themes categories’ were deduced: ‘The burden of shift work’, ‘An unstable biorhythm in daily life’, ‘Changes in relationships with people’, ‘The break through in difficulties’. Through this study, the current situation was grasped by analyzing in-depth the sleep disorder experiences of shift nurses. Various policies and measures were proposed to solve the sleep disorder of shift nurses in the future.
