대학생의 정신건강 유형별 진로 불확실성 조절전략의 차이 = Differences in University Students’ Career Uncertainty Control Strategies Among Mental Health Types

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this study were to classify mental health types based on the levels of mental illness (≥60T, <60T) and mental well-being (high, moderate, low) according to Keyes’ dual-factor mental health model and to test differences in career uncertainty control strategies among mental health types. Data were collected from 687 university students through the online survey consisting of DASS-21, Mental Well-being Scale and 15 control strategy items. Five mental health types (moderate mental health, pure mental illness, languishing & mental illness, languishing, flourishing) were classified. Analyses of variance revealed that mental health type differences in selective primary control, selective secondary control, compensatory primary control, and compensatory secondary control 1 (self-protection) were significant but differences in compensatory secondary control 2 (goal distancing) were not significant. The results support the dual-factor model and imply the relation between mental health and control strategies.
