In 2004, the introduction of provisions on antitrust damages marked a turning point for damage claim suits. In order to apply new provisions, it is required that the substantial data be provided for the court to estimate damages. However it still remains controversial issue on the degree of sufficiency. Recently as antitrust damages claims have been filed, the interest on the theories and practices in this area is on the increase. This paper reviews the damage estimation methods and provides reference for practical business.
