The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of various turnover factors on the intention to turnover for newcomers. The results of this study show that the expectancy
level affects positively and significantly the turnover intention. It is also found that the level of achievement has negative impact on the intention to turnover.
The realistic job preview effect was not significant in this study, indicating that the sample of this study was limited to younger generations and to administrative workers. However, this study shows that the information differences between before and after the entry to organizations have positive and significant effects on the turnover intentions. This study also discusses other findings and their implications.
