영유아기 권리에 대한 유엔의 권고 분석 - 유엔아동권리위원회의 일반논평을 중심으로- = An Analysis on the General Comments to implementing child rights in early childhood of UN Children's right committee

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study has sought a suggestion on the children's right for early childhood in the nursery schools in Korea by evaluating the discussions of the infant right in the UN General Comment Volum 7. For this, the references of General Comment by UN children's right Committee have been researched. From the analysis on the UN General Comment vol. 7, this study has found out that the plans for practicing the children's right in the educare institutions and nurseries in Korea are: providing programmes regarded infant as the subject of right; the harmonizing between autonomy and socialization; enabling the children participate; not forcing children to involve excessively in educational program; supporting parents effectively; developing policy for infant education and childcare in the governmental level .

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 ‘영유아권리’에 대한 유엔일반논평 7호의 논의 검토를 통해 우리나라 영유아보육 및 교육기관에서의 영유아 권리에 대한 시사점을 얻고자 한다. 이를 위해 유엔아동권리위원회 일반논평 자료가 수집되었다. 유엔일반논평 7호의 분석결과 우리나라 보육 및 유아교육기관애서의 권리 이행방안은 권리의 주체자로서의 유아를 반영하는 프로그램의 제공, 자율성과 사회화의 조화, 유아의 적극적인 참여, 너무 많은 교육을 강요하지 않기, 효율적인 부모지원, 국가수준의 포괄적인 보육 및 유아교육 정책개발·실행임을 발견하였다.
