다문화가정 청소년 지원프로그램 실태 분석: 정부, 민간단체, 학교를 중심으로 = A Study on the Support Program for the Youth in the Multicultural Family: Centering on the Government, Civic Group, and School Case

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

With the increase of migrant labor and intermarried people in Korea, Korean society is changing rapidly into multicultural society. Together, there have been many supports for multicultural family and a remarkable change of recognition in viewing them. Although there were many studies on the multicultural family, the study dealing with the youth in multicultural family was scant. Especially, there were few studies addressing how the support for the youth in multicultural family is made. Therefore, this study analyzed the problems and reform measures underlying its operation, focusing on the government, civic groups, and school. As a result, most multicultural programs were centered on the youth in school. Thus, measures to care the youth who do not attend the school are urgent. Multi language education which helps youths establish their identity are also important. That youths get support from many organizations is problem to solve. Overall, to overcome these problems, it is necessary to establish the organization which supervise these support programs. In addition, coherent and systematic support for the youth in multicultural family should be done.
