준고령자의 성공적 노화 구성요소의 삶의 만족도 영향 및 노후준비의 매개효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 국민노후보장패널자료를 사용하여 55세에서 64세까지의 준고령자의 성공적 노화요소가 노후준비 및 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 직접효과와 노후준비를 매개로 하여 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 매개효과를 파악하였다. 성공적 노화모델은 Rowe와 Kahn(1997, 1998)이 사용되었다. 인구사회적인 변인과 독립변인은 3차, 노후준비는 3차 부가조사, 삶의 만족도는 4차조사를 사용한 종단적 연구로 인구학적인 특성에 따른 차이검증 대상은 2255명이며 회귀분석대상은 변인에 모두 응답한 1540명이다. 노후준비는 패널자료에는 신체, 심리·사회, 경제적 세 가지로 이루어져 있으나 노인4고인 질병, 소외, 무위, 빈곤을 고려하여 요인분석 후 신체, 심리, 사회, 경제적인 노후준비 네 가지로 구분하였다. 본 연구의 분석방법으로 직접효과를 위해서는 다중회귀분석을 사용하였으며 매개효과를 위해서는 Baron과 Keney의 분석방법이 사용된 후 유의도 파악을 위하여 sobel test를 사용하였다. 연구결과에 의하면 질병과 장애를 제외하고는 성공적 노화요소는 삶의 만족도에 직접효과가 있으며 신체적 기능, 교육, 사회관계는 모든 노후준비에 직접효과가 있다. 신체적 기능은 신체적 노후준비와 정서적 노후준비를 완전매개하여 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미친다. 또한 교육은 신체적 노후준비를 부분매개하여 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미친다. 교육과 직장생활은 정서적 노후준비를 부분매개로 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미친다. 신체기능은 사회적 노후준비를 부분매개로 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미친다. 신체기능과 직장생활은 경제적 노후준비를 부분매개로 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미친다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study focused on whether the factors of successful aging affect on the preparation for older adults and the life satisfaction. It also focused on whether the preparation for older adults had a mediating effect between the factors of successful aging and the life satisfaction. This study used the KReIs and focused on 2255 for difference test by demographic variables, and 1540 pre-older adults for regression analysis. As a model of successful aging, Rowe and Kahn’s(1997, 1998) was used. As demographic and independent variables, the 3rd wave were used and for preparation for older life variables, the 3rd additional wave variables were used. For dependent variable, the life satisfaction of 4th wave was used. Even though there were three kinds of preparation for older life in the 3rd additional wave, for the purpose of this research, socio-emotional variables were separated as social and emotional using factor analysis. For direct effect, multiple regressions were used. For mediating effect, Baron and Kenny’s method and sobel test were used. According to research results, except for having diseases and disabilities all factors of successful aging have a direct effect on the life satisfaction and physical function. Education and social relations also have a direct effect on the preparation for older adults. The physical and emotional preparation have a full mediating effect between physical function and the life satisfaction. The physical preparation for older adults have a partial mediating effect between education and the life satisfaction. The emotional preparation for older adults have partial mediating effect between education, and job on the life satisfaction. The social preparation for older adults have mediating effect between physical functioning on the life satisfaction. The economic preparation has partial mediating effect on the physical functioning and job on the life satisfaction.
