    The purpose of this research was to take a look at the factors that influence child care center
    adjustment. For this, it was intended to verify the influence of the peer competence on the child care
    center adjustment, and it was intended to verity the mediated effect of the emotional regulation ability
    and conflict resolution ability. The subjects were 249 children at 6 child care centers located in the
    Jeonlabukdo area. The results of this study were as follows: First, young children's sociability, prosociality,
    leadership, emotional regulation ability, and conflict resolution ability were significantly correlated with child
    care center adjustment. Second, prosociality and leadership were variables influencing child care center
    adjustment. Third, emotional regulation ability mediated between peer competence and child care center
    adjustment. Lastly, conflict resolution ability mediated between peer competence and child care center
    adjustment.
