산학협력 : 대학의 새로운 역할

국문 초록 (Abstract)

대학의 역할이 인력공급자에서 수요자로 까지 확대되고 있다. 대학의 사명 또한 강의, 연구에서 더 나아가 기업가정신으로 확대되고 있다. 이처럼 산학협력에 대한 요구만큼이나 양자간 문화적 차이로 인한 여러 가지 문제점도 나타나고 있다. 대학이 성공적인 산학협력을 수행하려면 여러 주체들, 즉 ‘이해관계자’에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 대학들은 똑같은 협력이 아니라 업체의 규모를 고려한 협력이 필요하다. 성공적인 혁신클러스터내 대학들이 협력 모습에서 핵심요인을 살펴보고, 변화하는 연구자와 리더의 모습을 추적하여 대학의 새로운 협력의 특성이 무엇인지를 살펴보았다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The role of university is expanded from the human resource provider to demand site. The mission is also changed as a entrepreneurs. There is increasing in the needs of the university and industry cooperation(UIC), but cultural difference also happened. To successfully cooperation, we have to consider stakeholder’s perspective and the size of companies and universities. Through the best cluster of innovation, we can figure out the key success factors of the universities, researchers, and leaders, and suggest the new characters for successful UIC.
