간호대학생의 간호학 학습성과 성취도와 중요도 인식 = The Recognition of Achievement and Importance of Nursing Program Outcome among Nursing Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the recognition of achievement and importance of nursing program outcome among nursing students.
Methods: The survey was performed with 439 nursing student and recruited from 3-year or 4-year nursing students, scheduled to graduate from university. The data was collected by questionnaires and was analyzed with SPSS statistics 19.0.
Results: The achievement of nursing program outcome was 3.28. and the important of that was 4.38. The achievement of nursing program outcome on critical thinking and communication of 4-year nursing students were higher than 3-year nursing students. Achievement of program outcome were significantly different according to satisfaction of curriculum, club activity and voluntary activity.
Conclusion: These findings indicate that outcome-based nursing curriculum is need to consider the importance and achievement level of program outcome for nursing students.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 일 지역 간호대학에서 졸업예정자인 3, 4학년 간호대학생을 대상으로 간호학 학습성과에 대한 성취도와 중요도 인식 정도를 파악하여 간호교육과정 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 시도된 조사연구로, 3년제 278명, 4년제161명 총 439명을 대상으로 하였다.
본 연구결과 전체 간호대학생의 간호학 학습성과 성취도는60.0%대로 낮게 나타나 현재 운영되고 있는 간호학 교육과정이 2주기 인증평가 기준이 지향하고 있는 학습성과 달성에어느 정도의 부족함이 있음을 보여주고 있다. 전체 간호대학생의 간호학 학습성과 중요도 인식정도는 87.6%으로 높게 나타나 간호학생들이 학습성과 성취수준은 그리 높지 않다고인식하지만, 12개의 학습성과가 상당히 중요하다고 여기고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
3년제, 4년제 간 간호학 학습성과의 전체 성취도와 중요도는 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 세부 학습성과에서 4년제 간호대학생의 비판적 사고와 의사소통술 성취도가 3년제보다 높았으며, 3년제 간호대학생의 간호실무의 법적, 윤리적 기준 이해, 간호리더십의 원리 비교 분석, 간호연구 수행, 보건의료정책 변화 인지의 중요도 인식이 4년제 간호대학생보다 높게나타나 3년제의 교육과정에 대한 개발과 운영에 대한 검토와교수-학습방법의 다양화에 대한 지속적인 노력이 필요함을 제시하였다.
동아리활동을 한 군과 사회봉사를 한 군의 경우에는 학습성과 성취도 측면에서, 이론교과목의 만족도와 실습교과목의만족도가 높은 군이 학습성과의 성취도와 중요도 측면에서유의한 결과가 나와 학습성과의 성취를 위한 전략에 이와 같은 요인의 활용에 대한 검토도 필요하다고 하겠다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 학습성과의 성취도를 높일 수 있는 체계적인성과기반 교육과정과 통합적인 학습성과 평가 시스템 구성이필요하며, 비교과과정을 통한 학습성과 성취 방안도 고려해볼 필요가 있다.
