2015 개정 사회과 교육과정에서의 인구교육 내용 분석

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The study intended to analysis population education within 2015 revised social studies curriculum. For this purpose, the study examined the 2015 revised curriculum and discussed fundamental considerations related to textbook writing. The analysis on the 2015 revised curriculum revealed that its contents followed the expanding environment principle partially according to spiral curriculum. In addition, geography focused on population distribution and movement with spatial concept as its center. General sociology mainly dealt with social problems due to low birthrate and aging population. Lastly, the research suggested that future textbook should consider both academic systemicity and learners’ empirical development when it comes to population education. The future textbook also has to facilitate self-directed learning process and its contents should be proper, accurate, and fair.
