성인자원봉사자의 자원봉사관련학습과 자기효능감의 관계 - 서울시 K구의 성인자원봉사자를 대상으로 - = Relationship between the learning related with voluntary activity and volunteers' self-efficacy in Korea

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 자원봉사에 대한 관심과 자원봉사희망자의 수가 증가하고 자원봉사활동이 성인학습과 자아실현에 도움이 된다는 연구들이 제시되고 있다. 그리고 자원봉사자의 지속적 자원봉사참여와 이를 통한 성인학습의 강화에 중요한 요소로 자기효능감이 지적되고 있다. 그러나 자원봉사활동에서 성인학습이 어떤 결과를 가져오고 이를 위해 어떤 노력이 필요한지에 대한 실증적 연구가 부족하고 자원봉사활동이 성인학습에서 어떠한 의미가 있는지에 대한 학자들의 논의도 부족한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 자원봉사자의 자원봉사관련학습이 자기효능감과 어떤 관계가 있는지 실증자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 자료수집증 설문조사의 형태로 이루어졌으며, 조사도구의 타당도검증과 변인간 관계를 검증하기 위하여 구조방정식모형(Structural Equation Modeling: SEM)을 통한 분석을 실시하였다. 자료분석결과 자원봉사관련학습의 형식학습과 무형식학습이 자원봉사자의 자기효능감 하위변인인 자신감, 자기조절효능감, 과제난이도선호와 관계가 설정된 구조방정식 모형의 적합도가 인정되었다. 그러나 일부 변인들의 관계는 통계적으로 유의미하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 분석결과와 함께 자원봉사활동에서 성인학습을 위한 시사점도 제시되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this research was to investigate the influential relationships among some variables which were learning activities related with or happened in voluntary activity and sub-variables(confidence, self-regulatory efficacy, and preference for difficulty task) of self-efficacy. And survey was implemented for volunteers in K district in Seoul, Korea. The data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) using AMOS 4.0 program.
The results of analyses showed that formal learning in voluntary activity influenced on confidence and informal learning influenced on efficacy on self-regulation and preference for difficulty task. The fit-indexes of the structural equation model showed that this model was acceptable(χ2=1864.180(df=395 p=.000), CFI=.956, NFI=.945, TLI=.948). And for reliability of structural equations, Squared Multiple Correlations(SMC) was calculated.
Based on the results of this research, some suggestions and implications can be discussed. First, for increasing confidence, formal learning and education in Korean voluntary activity should be enhanced and focused on knowledges and skills related with voluntary activities. Second, supports for informal learning in Korean voluntary activity can increase volunteers' self-regulatory efficacy and the preference for difficulty task. Third, based on the result that informal learning can influence on volunteers' the preference for difficulty task, volunteers may participate their voluntary activities more positively and aggressively through the enhancement and supports for informal learning.
