정서적 신뢰 및 인지적 신뢰가 상호정보공유와 물류성과에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Emotional Trust and Cognitive Trust on Mutual Information Sharing and Logistics Performance

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research presents a theoretical model and performed empirical analysis about the relationship between the major components of two dimensions of trust -emotional trust and cognitive trust- as antecedents and mutual information sharing and the relationship between mutual information sharing and logistics performance. A survey of Korean manufacturing companies was conducted and finally 237 data were collected. The results of the structural equation modeling show that emotional trust does not significantly affect mutual information sharing, but cognitive trust positively affects mutual information sharing. Further, mutual information sharing had a positive impact on logistics performance. This research provides managers of companies participated in supply chain that the impact of trust on mutual information sharing depends on the characteristics of trust dimensions and companies should focus on developing cognitive trust based on exchange partner``s capacity and expertise.
