남북관광교류에 대한 지역주민의 관광영향인식, 감정성향과 만족의 관계 - 강원도 고성군지역을 중심으로 - = The relationships of the perceived tourism impacts toward tourism exchange between South and North Korea, affectivity and satisfaction in residents: Focusing on Gosung-Gun area

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 남북관광교류에 대한 지역주민의 영향인식이 감정 성향에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 감정성향을 통해 궁극적으로 지역주민의 만족에 영향을 주는 인과적 모형을 검증하고자 하였다. Amos를 사용하여 강원도 고성군 지역주민 232명을 분석한 결과 남북관광교류에 대한 지역주민의 영향인식은 지역주민의 감정성향에 따라 다르게 나타나고 있었으며, 따라서 본 연구에서 제시한 연구모형은 지지된 것으로 확인되었다. 먼저, 남북관광교류에 대한 지역주민의 영향인식은 감정 성향에 따라 다르게 나타나는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 즉, 정치적 영향인식은 지역주민의 부정적, 긍정적 감정 성향에 정적(+)인 영향을 미쳤는데, 부정적, 긍정적 감정성향에 차이는 없는 것으로 나타났고, 경제적 영향인식은 지역주민의 부정적, 긍정적 감정 성향에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데, 그 차이는 없는 것으로 확인되었다.
또 사회적 영향인식은 지역주민의 부정적, 긍정적 감정 성향에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데, 부정적 감정성향자에게 더 강하게 나타났다. 환경적 영향인식도 부정적, 긍정적 감정 성향에 정적(+)인 영향을 미쳤는데, 부정적 감정성향자에게 더 강하게 나타나는 것으로 확인되었다. 이 결과는 남북관광교류에 대한 지역주민의 정치적, 경제적 영향인식은 부정적 성향보다 긍정적 성향에서 차이가 없었으나, 사회적, 환경적 영향인식은 긍정적 성향보다 부정적 성향에서 더 강하게 나타나는 것으로 확인되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to investigate the relationships between residents' perception on the impact of South and North Korea tourism exchange, their emotional tendency and life satisfaction. Based on the review of related literature, residents' perception was conceptualized in terms of four different dimensions(political, economical, social and environmental). Data were collected from 232 residents who lived in Gangwon-Do on April 2011. Results of a structural equation model analysis indicated that the respondents' perception on the political and economic impacts of the North and South Korea tourism exchange were positively related to both of the positive and negative emotional tendency of the respondents. In addition, the residents' perception on the social and environmental impacts were also positively related to the two different dimensions of their emotional tendencies. Some implications and further research directions for tourism exchange police between South and North Korea were discussed.
