유아기 자녀를 둔 부모의 자기성찰이 자녀의 놀이성에 미치는 영향: 부모역할만족감과 긍정적 양육태도의 순차적 매개효과 = Influence of Self Reflection on Children`s Playfulness for Parents with Young Children: The Sequential Mediating Effect of Parental Role Satisfaction and Positive Parental Attitudes

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study sought to investigate the relationship between parent’s self reflection and young children’s playfulness together with the mediating effects of parental role satisfaction and positive parental attitude for parents with young children. The data were collected by means of a survey with 282 parents with 4-7 young children in the Seoul metropolitan area. In examining the relationship among the variables, a number of multi-mediating effects were identified through conducting multiple mediation modeling, operating in serial form, as proposed by Hayes(2012). Next, using the SPSS Macro Program as developed by Hayes(2012), a bootstrapping method was performed to confirm the significance of the indirect effects. The research findings are as follows: First, there were positive correlations among self reflection, playfulness, parental role satisfaction, and positive parental attitudes. Second, parental role satisfaction and positive parental attitudes had significant mediating effects between parent’s self reflection and playfulness in terms of young children. Lastly, the implications and the limitations of this study were discussed and evaluated in some detail.
