공공부문 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 = Study on the Factors Affecting the Intention to Adopt Public Cloud Computing Service

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examines if key characteristics of cloud computing services would affect the behavioral intention to use public cloud computing services. The research model was generated based on UTAUT, and verified statistically by undertaking a survey about the perception of users working in public institutions.
Security and privacy level, resource utilization efficiency, information accessibility, a ubiquitous network access are used as independent variables. And innovative organizational culture and informational leadership are used as variables moderating relationships between UTAUT variables and intention to use cloud computing services. Research findings show that most characteristics of cloud computing are positively related to intention to use, and organizational attributes do not show effective moderate effect.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 주요 특징을 바탕으로 이들이 공공부문 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 사용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 UTAUT 모델을 바탕으로 공공부문 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 사용의도에 관한 연구모형을 설정하였으며 공공기관에 근무하는 사람들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시함으로써, 각 연구의 가설을 통계적으로 검증하였다.
독립변수로는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 주요 특징으로 논의되는 보안 및 프라이버시 수준과 자원 사용 효율성, 편재성 및 정보 접근성을 사용하였으며, 성과 및 노력기대와 사회적 영향이 행위의도에 미치는 영향에 대한 조절변수로 혁신적 조직문화와 정보화 리더십을 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 특징은 차별적이기는 하나 모두 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며 조직적 특성은 유의미한 조절효과를 갖지 않는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
