베이비부머를 위한 경제교육 방향 탐색 = Search for Economic Educational Strategies for Baby-Boomers in Korea

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Recently, the interests and problems about Baby-Boomer from 1955 to 1963 are increasing. According to the population statistics of the Korea National Statistical Office, 7,120,000 Baby-Boomers live in Korea. By considering the practical type and the current situation of the economic education for Baby-Boomers, the researcher tried to search for the most effective economic educational strategies for Baby-Boomers in Korea. The research results prove that Baby-Boomers has neglected the retired life and the government has overlooked the education and the employment polices for Baby-Boomers after the retirement and has not assigned the budget for Baby-Boomers. The major results find out as following, Baby-Boomers have not experienced the economic education but want to learn the economic education for the retired life. The legal supporting systems for the economic education for Baby-Boomers have existed, but hardly practiced. Therefore, the economic education has to be carried out by Baby-Boomers` needs and Baby-Boomers have to expand the opportunity of economic education. In order to carry out the connection and cooperation among institutions that relate to the economic education, it is necessary to establish the exclusive department in the Korea Economic Education Association.
