문화산업클러스터에 대한 교차네트워크 효과 측면의 검토 = 창조경제와 문화융성을 위한 전략방안을 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

창조경제가 국가경쟁력을 위한 정책대안으로 제시되면서 구체적 실천전략이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구는 문화산업 클러스터를 네트워크 효과와 교차 네트워크 효과의 관점에서 재조명하여 다양한 사업자들과 사용자들의 관계를 살피고 시너지 창출을 위한 가능성을 탐색하고자 한다. 개인의 창의적 역량을 키우는 인적자원 정책에서 더 나아가 관련된 인재와 자원, 이들을 엮어주는 사업자들이 맞물린 생태계적 구조에서 더 큰 시너지를 만들어낼 수 있는 조건과 이를 위한 정책적 지원을 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 산업 클러스터에 대한 연구를 바탕으로 문화산업 클러스터 고유의 특질과 정책적 과제를 살펴본 후, 기존의 정책제안들이 갖는 의미를 네트워크 효과와 교차 네트워크 효과의 관점에서 재해석한다. 다양한 사업들이 맞물려 새로운 가치를 창출하는 경우, 특정 산업을 넘는 연결과 변화를 이해하는데 있어 특히 교차 네트워크 효과는 매우 유용한 분석수단을 제공하기 때문이다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 기존의 문화산업 클러스터의 구조와 기능에 대해서도 네트워크의 범위와 구성원, 연결 구조를 중심으로 생태계적 발전의 가능성을 탐색하고자 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

‘Creative Economy’ has been proposed as a national agendum of the incumbent government. Assumed to be a booster of national competitiveness, this national agendum still needs implementable policy details. ‘Cultural Industry Cluster(CIC)’ is considered a promising vehicle of Creative Economy. Extant research on the industry cluster provides useful insights, but does not fully explain the synergy creation potential among the players in the ‘unrelated’ fields. Based on the ecological perspective, this study attempts to analyze the structure and function of CIC through the lens of network effect and cross-side network effect, and identify the synergy creation potential. Network effect provides a strong analytical tool to validate the roles of the players as well as the relationship among them. Through the critical review of the various policy agenda, this study will propose key discussion points for the policy makers.
