중도척수장애인의 신체기능과 사회적 지지가 사회참여에 미치는 영향 : 장애수용 매개효과를 중심으로 = The Effect of Physical Function and Social Support on Social Participation of Noncongenital-Spinal Injured Persons : Focused on the Mediating Effect of Acceptance of Disability

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 신체기능 및 사회적 지지와 사회참여의 관계에서 장애수용이 어떠한 경로로 영향을 미치는지 파악하고자 하였다. 장애수용의 매개효과를 분석함으로써 중도척수장애인의 사회참여 증진을 위한 사회복지서비스실천의 근거를 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 중도척수장애인 총218명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 측정모형의 검증결과 주요변수의 각 하위차원들의 비표준화계수 값이 모두 p<.001 수준에서 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 연구모형의 검증결과 x2=128.074, df=85, p<.002, RMSEA=.048(90% 신뢰구간: .030, .065), GFI=.931, NFI=.914, TLI=.961, CFI=.969로 모형이 자료를 잘 적합 시키는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 연구모형의 검증결과, 신체기능은 사회참여에 직․간접적인 영향을 미치는데 반해, 사회적 지지는 장애수용을 매개로하여 사회참여에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 경로를 가지고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 신체기능, 사회적 지지, 장애수용 등에서 중도척수장애인의 사회참여를 높이기 위한 실천적 개입 방안을 제안하였다.

This study is find out by what path acceptance of disability has effect on the relationships between physical function, social support and social participation. This study aims to help arrange social welfare service that can improve social participation of noncongenital-spinal injured persons by analyzing mediating effect of acceptance of disability. For this study, data on noncongenital-spinal injured persons was collected by surveying. 218 samples were used for analysis. Data was analyzed through structural equation model. First, Verification of measurement model showed that values of unstandardized coefficients of sub-dimensions of main variables were significant at the level of p<.001. Verification of research model showed x2=128.074, df=85, p<.002, RMSEA=.048(90% confidence interval: .030, .065), GFI=.931, NFI=.914, TLI=.961, CFI=.969 and this result suggested that model suited data. Physical function had direct and indirect effects on social participation whereas social support had indirect effect social participation through acceptance of disability. Based on this result, this study proposed practical interventions aiming to enhance social participation of noncongenital-spinal injured persons in physical function, social support and acceptance of disability.
